All On 4 Dental Implant ( Single Jaw )

Permanent Dental Implant Treatment

This method is used in dentistry as the best option for patients who have no teeth in their upper or lower jaw, or who need their teeth extracted due to health conditions, when more implants cannot be placed to meet their need for permanent teeth.

The procedures are determined at the end of a consultation consisting of an X-ray, an examination of the mouth anatomy, the condition of the teeth, jaw occlusion, and bone density. All of these are evaluated by our specialist dentists and the maxillofacial surgeon. At the end of the evaluation, treatment options and processes are explained to the patient in detail by the patient advisor using visual and digital models. Once the patient accepts the procedure, an appointment is made for the first step. A pre-operative prescription is written for the patient, and medication is started.

This treatment consists of two stages and there will be 3 to 6 months between the 1st and 2nd treatment.

1st stage ( Surgical treatment)

1 week vacation is enough!

1.Before the treatment, photographs and digital or conventional intraoral impressions are taken and preoperative injections are given for general comfort of the patient.

2.The maxillofacial surgeon performs the treatment planned based on the results of the X-ray and tomography examination using appropriate anesthesia techniques and self-dissolving sutures.

During the treatment, multi-unit abutments are placed according to the force that the implants will receive from the bone.

Digital impressions are taken on the same day for temporary teeth.

A post-procedure examination and trial fitting appointment are scheduled for the following day.

3. Fixed or removable temporary teeth are fitted within 3 days, and a post-procedure follow-up appointment is scheduled according to the patient's travel plans.

"At this stage, our patient has completed the first stage, which includes surgical procedures, and has regained her temporary teeth. The second stage, which includes permanent treatment, will have a recovery period ranging from 3 to 6 months."

2nd stage ( Permanent Dental Treatment)

10 to 12 days vacation is enough !

1.X-rays are taken for the patient coming in for the second treatment to evaluate the relationship of the implants with the bone and their suitability for treatment.

On the same day under local anesthesia, multi-unit abutments on the implants are replaced. Additionally, the same procedure is applied to implants that were previously under the gum line, and healing caps are placed. An appointment is scheduled for taking measurements for permanent teeth. After digital or conventional measurements are taken, a trial appointment is scheduled for the Toronto hybrid bridge.

2The gingival compliance, bite, and aesthetic control of the permanent teeth are checked, and if everything goes well during the trial fitting, the treatment is finalized with the placement of the permanent teeth on the same day.

3. A follow-up appointment is scheduled after the treatment. When recommended by the dentist, a special night guard is provided to the patients.

Post-crown treatment dental care is similar to general dental care. However, extra care is necessary to ensure the longevity of the crowns. Treating the crowns as your own teeth, the following points should be observed:

*Brush your teeth regularly.
*Avoid hard foods that could cause damage.
*Avoid tobacco products and acidic foods.

Additionally, the following measures should be taken:

*Go for regular check-ups once a year.
*Besides daily brushing, our dentists strongly recommend the use of a water flosser.
*If special care is required, your dentist will inform you of the necessary steps.

By adhering to these guidelines, you can ensure the durability and health of your crowns.
